The Goelst 5100 track has the looks of a classic curtain pole combined with the comfort of a high-quality curtain track. The curtains glide smoothly virtually without sound. Using the cord to open and close the curtains keeps the fabric clean. A very popular track that can be used in a wide variety of situations, such as private homes, but also in office buildings and in the care sector.

The high-quality, carefully selected materials allow curtains to run silently and smoothly, also round bends. The curtain track can be pre-formed to match customer requirements and delivered as a single piece to eliminate the disadvantage of separate bends and joins in the running length.

Twelve self-lubricating 4010 gliders per metre and per system.
Overlap bracket 4074-1000 for overlaps and to reach past the last runner with single-pleat curtain systems.
Fixing:
Ceiling support bracket 5135 and spacer 4254, wall support bracket 4217 (can be shortened).
Accessories:
Cord weight 1203-13
Optional components
Gliders, end stops, end caps:
• 4010 gliders are available with various hook types.
• Projection glider 6010 for curtains with a heading
• The 5100 curtain track is compatible with the Goelst Flow system: gliders 4014-060 or 4014-080.
• The 4012 click glider can be placed anywhere in the system. It is advisable to place gliders of this type on the stacking side.
Fixing:
• Ceiling mounting with ceiling support bracket 5135 and spacer 4254.
• To mount at a distance from a wall, use adjustable extension brackets 4217 (101, 201 or 202).
• If the system is hung from a surface with limited bearing strength (for example, ceiling tiles), the curtain tracks can be additionally supported on the facing side by attaching a 4055 suspension hanger to the structural ceiling
Accessories:
• Cord weight 1203-13
• Cord tensioner 1201 for fastening the cord operating system to a wall.
Material
Aluminium EN AW-6060 T66.
Shape and size tolerances in accordance with EN 12020.
Anodisation: in accordance with QUALANOD requirements, coating thickness 10µm. Natural colour anodised.
Powder coating: in accordance with QUALICOAT requirements, thick coating (+/- 100 µm), AkzoNobel/Goelst quality for improved gliding properties and excellent ductility. White RAL 9010, black RAL 9005.

Standard accessories
Goelst self-lubricating gliders made from high quality plastic with added Teflon. Twelve 4010 gliders (special self-lubricating plastic, UV-stabilised) per metre. One pulley set 5171-1000 and one pilot runner with carrier set 5174-3000 per track length. Ceiling mounting with metal ceiling support bracket 5135 (the amount required depends on the track length). Cord with loop height 200m. Connecting bridge 5152.
Other accessories and fixing
4010 gliders are available with various hook types. Heavy-duty glider 4020. Projection glider 6010. Pilot runner without overlap 5175-3010. Ceiling mounting with mini-suspension hanger 4254.
Wall mounting with luxury model adjustable extension bracket 4217 or extension bracket 5115: for different distances from the wall.
Cord tensioner 1201 or cord weight 1203.
Flexible cover strip 4145 for closing the gap with ceiling-mounted tracks (with 5135).
Suitable for Goelst Flow bespoke curtain systems.

General advice: place an additional bracket on the stacking side(s) and, if possible, a support point immediately before and/or after a curve, immediately next to the pulley.

Advice and tips
- • Advice: Place an additional support on the stacking side(s). See fixing guide
- • Maintenance advice: for long-term optimal glider performance in every situation, we recommend using Goelst silicon spray 1251-250
- • Using a cord to open and close the curtains keeps the fabric clean and prevents stains and signs of wear.
- • Safety advice: to comply with Child Safety regulations, the cord operating system must hang at least 150cm above the floor!
