Goelst has always maintained a highly streamlined manufacturing process. All pieces are made to order, and we stock nothing but raw material. For this reason, we do not accept returns.Do Goelst products meet all ANSI/BIFMA standards?
Goelst products meet all ANSI/BIFMA standards, where applicable ( for example: materials testing, testing of lateral file cabinets). However, for most of our applications: labs pharmacies, nurses stations, vanities, exam room cabinets ( to name a few) OR equipment, there are no established standards. There may be some exceptions, the ADA law, for instance. Whenever there are standards, rules or laws, Goelst products are designed to meet regulations.
